Welcome to the Notis 72-Hour Film Challenge (the "Challenge").
By registering for the Challenge, you (the "Participant" or "Team") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Registration begins April 8th and closes May 8th. The Challenge will begin May 16th 7:00 pm, and ends on May 19th 7:00 pm.
UP TO $2,500 CASH PRIZE & MORE
• A registration fee of $300 is required for each
Team.
• There is no maximum limit on the number of team
members.
• Each registered Team will receive 2 tickets to
the awards show.
• The payouts will be for the Best Film category. Payouts for first, second, and third places will be determined by the number of participants and are up to $1500(1st), $700(2nd), and $300(3rd).
• Categories for awards include Best Film (Top Award—1st, 2nd, 3rd), Best Actor/Actress, Best Edit, Best Color, Best Sound, and Best Use of Genre.
• Trophies will be provided for all category winners.
• Films submitted to the Challenge have the opportunity to receive placement on the Notis Streaming App.
• All submissions must be original work by the Team and must adhere to the guidelines provided at registration.
• Deliverable can be done in multiple ways, a screener link (via. YouTube, Amazon, Vimeo, etc..) can be sent to info@notisstudios.com, or email a downloadable copy (via Dropbox, Google Drive, etc…) deliver a drive to Notis Studios 2414 N Westminster Rd, Spencer, OK, 73084. If you deliver on a drive file should be an MP4 no higher than 4k resolution. Mut have rights to any music used in the film.
• The Challenge is open to filmmakers worldwide. All team members must agree to these Terms.
• Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter the Challenge.
• Participants retain ownership of their
submissions. However, by entering the Challenge, Participants grant Notis
Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, broadcast,
share, and otherwise use the submissions on the Notis Streaming App and for any
promotional purposes.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Notis Studios reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Team that engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or offensive.
• Notis Studios will not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Challenge.
• Notis Studios reserves the right to modify
these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
• These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Notis Studios entity organizing the Challenge is based.
• By registering for the Challenge, Participants
agree to abide by these Terms and all decisions of Notis Studios, which are
final and binding.
